aishwarya rai in kiss scene obscenity case in dhoom 2

An Indian attorney has appeared in a Mumbai court to defend his obscenity case against Bollywood stars AISHWARYA RAI and HRITHIK ROSHAN. SHAILENDRA DWIVEDI accuses the actors of vulgarity for a kissing scene they share in DHOOM 2. He believes the romance in the SANJAY GADHVI film - an action thriller about a police chase to catch a hi-tech international thief - is undignified and derogatory to women and sends out the wrong message to the country's youth. After making his court statements on Friday (05JAN07), Dwivedi said, "I have already submitted details of the film, the controversial scene, alongside newspaper write-ups and photographs. "My conscience made me file this case. The movie cannot be watched by Indian families as it depicts vulgarity." The case is set to be heard on 25 January (07).
